Set up work that repeats

A recurring agreement books a customer's visits ahead of time, with the crew already on them.

Updated September 14, 2026

An agreement is a customer's standing work: the same visit, on a cadence, at the same property. Rather than booking each visit by hand, you describe it once and the jobs are created ahead of time.

Starting one

An agreement belongs to a customer and one of their properties, so it starts from the customer, not from the agreements list. Open the customer, then add the agreement to the property the work happens at.

What you set

  • The cadence — weekly, every two weeks, every four weeks, monthly, or a custom number of days.
  • When it starts, and optionally when it ends.
  • The crew. Assigning them here is what lets each generated visit arrive already assigned instead of as a row somebody has to open.
  • The price, either per visit or per month, which feeds the estimated monthly revenue on the agreements page.
  • Whether jobs are generated automatically, and whether each completed visit raises an invoice by itself.

Pausing and stopping

Pausing an agreement stops it generating anything without deleting its history. Visits already generated stay where they are — pausing is about what happens next, not about undoing what is already booked.
