Change the language you see
Each person chooses English or Spanish for their own screens. Customer documents keep their own language.

Spanstead works in English and Spanish, and the language is set per person. One person can work in Spanish while someone else on the team works in English, on the same records.
In the office app
- Open My account.
- Under “Office language”, choose English or Español.
- The office menus and translated screens change for you. Nobody else's language changes.
Your office language doesn't change your customers' documents. Invoices, estimates and customer emails follow each customer's own language setting.
Before you sign in
The sign-in and password reset pages have a language menu too, so you can read them in your language before you sign in.
